I use Buildium and so far have been able to manage it all by myself but as I start the scale, I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me handle incoming calls for maintenance, coordinate that maintenance and do some level of bookkeeping.

My remote bookkeeper just retired. 

This worked fine for 4 multi’s until I went to Quickbooks recently as my bookkeepers use the online version. 

Everything is accounted for with my bookkeeping. 

I could run this from my home and have a book keeper do the books.  

I did hire a bookkeeper, though because the tracking on this and my long term rentals was getting to be time consuming.

I use a set of dedicated business accounts to pay ALL business expenses and then those transactions are pulled into quickbooks and categorized (by my bookkeeper).
