It's kind of like driving by the bad accident on the freeway and looking...not because you want to see something bad, but you just can't help but peek at how messy it gets!

Anyway that was a messy situation.

It really isn't hard to remove the popcorn, It can be messy, but just put down drop cloths.

Tenants can be messy and water areas will ruin that tile of flooring so go with tikes in wet areas.

I have to walk away from decent properties from time to time due to the fact that down the road I don't know if I could sell the property if I wanted to exit.Until Biggert-Waters and the FEMA flood insurance mess is resolved I am steering clear. 

I just had my first eviction and, needless to say, it was messy.

Sure, there are going to be messy tenants and tenants that might say inappropriate things about the property and it might take a few extra showings but it is worth it in my opinion to get that new lease started right away.

The house was a little messy and she would not have wanted strangers parading through the home.

This will work fine until she is late with that second payment of the month and it drags into the following month and becomes a mess. I

But, the worst part, was that she fed it live crickets and the crickets would escape, and then we had crickets all over the place.We had another tenant who snuck in a rabbit and that was a stinky mess.  I
