Hi everyone,

 I just want to introduce myself.  I am 33 years old, live in Lithonia Ga about 20 minute fron the city.  I own free and clear four property, duplex, triplex and single family. I Am planning to buy more multifamily unit with some financing. Also, I am a license electrician with 12 years commercial and residential experience. 

I am here to learn and network in this community.
