Just wondering if there would be enough demand of hotel rooms/event space in Buffalo tho - I know sports is big in the city, besides that, anything else?

My new tenants are big into kiteboarding and I am trying my best not to get into another expensive sport....its a hard life out here :) 

Some good advice and suggestions above.Keep in mind that lots of people PAY for tickets to events like sports and concerts and theater, and don't go even though they paid.

This reminds me of a conversation with my buddy who had bought a bunch of extra tickets to a sporting event.
