Divorcees are notorious for breaking leases and causing other drama, with the ex coming around and screaming arguments, yatta yatta. 

Pot smokers, partiers, people fighting/screaming/throwing things at each other, dogs that bark and howl all day and whine all night, unsupervised teenagers lighting backyard bonfires in the bbq grill while mom away at work, etc.  

I've got a duplex in NE MPLS that has an attic which is screaming for a 3rd unit.

The numbers scream home run and Brandon always says that if you find a great deal it’s easier to find the money to finance it.I want to make sure my numbers are correct and that this deal actually is a home run, but I don’t have any connections or access to any experienced real estate investors to get a second opinion.Thought I’d utilize the forums to see if anyone had any advice for me in this situation.

However, the UI (User Interface) screams SPAMMY, GIMMICKY, SCAM, and possibly something you can catch viruses on!  

So, if values are screaming up then you may just work with the first 3 to make your money.  

Meaning unless you got a screaming deal on the home or you build up the value by renovating you probably won't qualify for a HELOC.

I'd rather spend twice as much time managing from my laptop than having to leave the house constantly leaving my wife alone with 4 screaming children.

i will have to look into this, but this seems like it just screams Section 8, but thats my ignorance speaking.
