Ant animal, dog or cat, with claws, teeth and ever needs to go to the bathroom will damage, possibly destroy your property.

It's been like pulling teeth to get people to acknowledge what to me seems like a simple truth:You can save $100,000 and 20 years off of your loan by paying an extra $10,000 of principal per year.

Many of them are in the most gorgeous areas I've ever seen and are on huge pieces of beautiful land, in blue ribbon school districts and no sex offenders.

Besides, offering below market rent  this hot area tends to attract more applicants; this also allows me to better discriminate against all kinds of non-protected individuals including those with bad teeth, crooked gaits, sassy attitudes, the overly inquisitive, and those with otherwise nebulous  personality traits and idiosyncrasy's that I find off-putting.  

Something I have noticed over time , lower income generally have all their teeth , lower class generally dont .
