Yes @Brian Burke, there are lots of investors, but there are a lot less that are making money and doing so consistently.Btw 2008 and 2010, I looked at lots of MF deals in Dallas owned by doctors on the verge of bankruptcy because they bought site unseen and their property managers were running the properties into the ground.

I don't say that to be negative, just alot lawyers, doctors, professionals stay in Gulf Breeze "proper" Along with the 32503 zip code, which is also kind of the same of upper end of Pensacola but in the city.Military zip codes are good.
