Found a broker that will do 20% but I would be paying more on CC so the total would be same as putting down 25% with the bank.Been averaging like $2-3K every 4 months in day trading so probably could make more than the closing cost will be.

I had to transfer the money from my bank account to Google Wallet before being able to use it again (I also pay some people with GW).After several phone calls to customer service I was informed that this was a dispute and just like a CC dispute they credit the funds back to the payee until it's resolved...fair enough.
