Ok...One might also want to factor in that the kids are now dealing with the loss of a (presumably...) loved one.Strictly speaking, I would guess that legally the funds (that clearly belonged to the tenant) now belong to the estate - which, typically, goes to the descendants as beneficiaries, once settled.

Lots of good things happening in Malden.... police station moved and City Hall will get torn down to help open up more space and create new developments, the downtown will become more accessible and I predict better access to restaurants and the local business community, more housing coming online via new apartment buildings and condos.

Test all taps and toilets, inspect window screens, insure all windows operate properly etc. etc. etc.Primary purpose is to catch anything a tenant has not reporedt as a problem and to police all tenant activities regarding the use of the property.
