I would really like to know from top investors what are you doing to make a 100k a year and how are you doing it and if you have any tips or secrets you would like to share. I am looking for any extra info I can get. I am having a hard time finding leads. In the my past I have built new houses, fix and flips, no-habs, and wholesaled but I am not getting many leads I use to do ok but then the bandit sign police showed up.
