Most private housing providers treat the business as a hobby unfortunately.

If being a landlord is simply a hobby for you then give her the money regardless of the fact that she is entitled to nothing.

If your business is set up to where you are getting calls to your personal cell phone at 3am for any reason you probably have a hobby and not a business.Set up systems to prevent that ever from happening. 

While I can understand that as being and interesting intellectual hobby, we have business to run in a risk heavy business, and my job is to bet the odds and mitigate risks.Unfortunately I did not make it to the meeting with Chairwoman of the Board of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

It's a business not a hobby not a charity.

Taking a photo of your couch or dirty dishes is not likely to be a hobby of the landlord.

I think they are business idiots but they do so because they are playing at a hobby not operating a business.

Anyway I was a hobby flipper in Denver, meaning we did it on the side for some extra cash and boy did we live a pretty crazy life.  

Any environmental concerns with any tenant, like a paint store or hobby shop, dry cleaners, pawn shop or print shop?
