Hello BiggerPocket members,

My name is Chris, my wife and I moved to San Rafael CA from Denver CO about a year and half ago.  It was my life long dream to live in California (I know people think I'm crazy for that) and it has been the second greatest choice I have ever made (second to marrying my wife).

Anyway I was a hobby flipper in Denver, meaning we did it on the side for some extra cash and boy did we live a pretty crazy life.  From buying new vehicles, boats, toys and whatever other materialistic items you could think of.  Now that we are a little older and wiser I would like to start an actual company doing it and setting ourselves up for the future.

I have been in the construction industry for the last 15 years.  I started out green pushing a broom and cleaning up job sites to now being a project manager currently running 17 projects valued at $2MM in work alone.  I have built myself quite a book of connections in the bay area and now just need to meet the right partner to start our Real Estate venture.

Anyway thank you for the awesome site and if you want to know more about me just hesitate to ask.
