In regards to the baseless claims, from my experience there isn't much you can do but keep standing your ground with the division of responsibilities you believe are correct.With regards to the other items however, if it were me I would issue him an N5 citing the trash pile up, the pest concern it raises, his children making a mess of your property, his children damaging your plumbing, basically every negative experience with the guy.

Also, seller told that home would need to be put in Quest IRA's name.3/3 seller sent email to park asking if buyer had been approved and explaining that the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Manufactured Home Division said to NOT put home in Quest's name, but go directly to the new buyer with paperwork attached showing the court-ordered eviction.

Sorry for the late reply, my BP account had some glitches the last 2 days.I looked further into this and it appears that the plaintiff's lawyer did mail both the county's Register of Wills and the Bureau of Individual Tax Inheritance Tax Division in Harrisburg informing them of the foreclosure before the sheriff sale, so after the defendant passed away (already a year before at that point).
