@Aaron Breckenridge the significance here is getting chatGPT to help create the flows so it's possible to create artifacts that people can appreciate so when anyone is having a conversation with a new or old investor and the focus of the conversation is some transaction either person can create a visual for enhanced understanding.

It will be so much better right up to code.Nice 200 amp 220 volt service with breakers GFI's and dedicated plugs as needed.Plus you will probably have a lot more plugs, and all 3 prong grounded.Electrical knowledge has come a long way in the last 100 years.If a lot of the other rentals in the area are the old wiring type, you can point that out to your renters, show them the new breaker box and explain the GFCI outlets and dedicated outlets to them.If you need a new electrical drop consider putting the weatherhead in a place that makes the place look more visually attractive (but look at cost of this too)?
