Even the most unreasonable lawsuits.

Many thanks for sharing your experience @Brandon Hall I didn't know the unreasonably unfair rules in DC.  

@Ken GrahamConsidering what the city could have come up with, these changes aren't too unreasonable.

When you buy a property for $30K, it's tough to make a profit selling it for under $60K; but, buying a property for $250K and selling for under $500K isn't unreasonable.

I wasn't sure if it was a real counter or if he was just trying to show his disgust with our offer (which wasn't unreasonable based on the comps and the income, but was $15k lower than list price).

Which isn't unreasonable, given how difficult it is to find an apartment here. 

(B) If the landlord makes an entry in violation of division (A)(8) of this section, makes a lawful entry in an unreasonable manner, or makes repeated demands for entry otherwise lawful that have the effect of harassing the tenant, the tenant may recover actual damages resulting from the entry or demands, obtain injunctive relief to prevent the recurrence of the conduct, and obtain a judgment for reasonable attorney's fees, or may terminate the rental agreement.

As for such being a job, in a way you're partially right as I personally didn't expect to commit less than two years to this mentorship (if agreeable to that mentor) and I apologize if my understanding the value I possess (even if you personally are in disagreement) offended you or made you feel as if I was asking for something unreasonable.

I don't think $150-250/sq ft would be unreasonable.

I think that's an unreasonable time to expect a business to keep such documents.
