Those numbers are unbelievable in the Tampa market currently.

I guess I'm addicted haha. 

Maybe at one point the stars actually had a flipping business, but now they just have a scripted tv show.I don't have cable, but I watch HGTV in the hotel room and have to admit I enjoy it, like I enjoy eating junk food.However, there is nothing like This Old House for old school rehab addicts. 

It can become addictive but that's good.

It's unbelievable that people do this but it is nice to know that they self-select to some degree.  

Wonder if there is a support group for BP addicts?

Learn to love the process of breaking your food addictions.- If you're a real estate professional, learn to love generating and converting new leads.

I guess if something was an unbelievable deal and location, you could shoot more for the top of your budget but definitely be careful with stretching yourself too thin.
