Looking for a trustworthy, reliable property manager to manage my SFH in the 40215 zip code of Louisville, KY.

I partnered with someone less than trustworthy and put my name as the KP.

For my self I do not have any issue because I know how responsible and trustworthy I am but here is what I am skeptical about:  If I ever connect an end buyer with a seller on a subject to agreement, how can I free my self from any responsibility.

Credit is a measure of financial trustworthiness.

If they are trustworthy and share openly their costs we should be able to display our total costs at the end and distribute profits accordingly for an even split.

I am currently managing them on my own as I live near here, but I’ve heard some of the local companies from Laporte aren’t that trustworthy.

Question for you, since this is in Canada, how did you get a trustworthy realtor and contractor to do the job?
