As many others have mentioned, the bigger concern is if they are overly sensitive/picky or working the system.

Again, in my target areas, houses are flying off the market, so the marketing isn't that big of a deal.I'm particularly sensitive to the double expenses of F&F strategies, because not considering those seems to be the issue with a lot of wholesalers in my market. 

The IRS is very sensitive on how or what IRA funds are being utilized for.

Since she is legal in her lease, I see no way you can prevent her brother from staying there as a guest unless you had a restraining order on him that would prevent him from being anywhere near there if you were there, and even that would probably be dubious. 

They can have built in macros, seneario sensitivity anlysis, and any other feature they may need.

Those sensors on the co2 units are pretty sensitive.

I've also seen some landlords talking about getting large mats to be used by doors if the flooring is water sensitive.

I found I was pulling myself in every direction and this helped me keep focus on the most critical/time-sensitive tasks. 

The DA had a temporary restraining order placed on the tenant to stay away from My family and I, which apparently extends to coming back to the complex, even though we do not live there, we are just Interim Management and work there several days a week.Thanks for the advice, I just needed to know if the attempted blackmail was enough reason to evict for Outrageous conduct.
