Real Estate Financial Model - Product Development

I have created several real estate financial models of varying degrees of complexity for real estate investors. There seems to be a need for this service as the models they were previously working with were very unsophisticated and not user friendly.  Frankly, I can't believe they were making decisions based on what they had.

I would like to offer a service that allows investors to outsource the creating of excel based financial models along with PowerPoint pitchbooks.  I am posting here to get current investors' opinions on such a service.  I'm trying to figure out:

How many investors create their own models, how may already outsource?
How quickly do they typically need the information back?
How much are they willing to pay for the service? Prefer hourly, fixed costs, equity offer?
Is there a real estate segment that has more demand than another? Commercial vs residential, New developments, etc.
How would they "qualify" such a vendor?
What is important to see on the vendor's website/marketing materials?
How do they prefer to communicate? Skype, email, phone, etc.
What characteristics are most important? Communication, turnaround time, formatting, ease of audit, flexibility?

I appreciate any input.  Thanks!
