It appears it is more so on the capital intensive side as far as paying for the lists and then paying for the post cards to be mailed out.

So I want to buy a list or generate a list in the software, and then click what addresses and etc I want to send a letter/post card to- A software that also allows me to do Driving for Dollars and select that property within an app and send a letter if it is not in my database- Skip Tracing- Automation/Scheduling - Contacts cold leads every 60-90 days.I've never used any of the following softwares, and my experience is limited to buying properties off the MLS and rehabbing them.

I have sent yellow letters to expired listings, postcards to code violations, mailed invitation type envelopes to property owners of homes that appear to be vacant whenever I drive for dollars.

I have been getting a decent seller response with handwritten colored postcards and real stamps (4- 5% response rate) for touches 1 through 3.  

I've skip traced each one of them to obtain the property owner information.Today, I went to target and bought blank notecards with matching envelopes (I know that the traditional way to mail is on postcards) and have hand written my message inside.Do I put my address as the sender's address on the envelope?

Letters are private; postcards are read by all who see it.

I have a list of about 200 but I have 2,500 postcards on their way to my house.

Just to give you an idea, many of the best wholesalers I know spend about $3000 or more a month mailing letters and postcards to generate leads.   

Does anyone have a sample or template for letters/postcards that are working well for multi-family and apartments?

I also get his post cards for my properties in Columbia from time to time.
