Investing with leverage entails what exactly?  

Have them look at your home re it being nice, or nicer than most homes, assert that you'll pay the lot rent whether the home is rented or not....

This statement came up when discussing rental income estimates for homes that agents can use to share with their clients to show earning potential of a home.If you're an agent out there, I'd love to hear your input on what these limitations might entail.

Then later, if you decide you want to outsource PM responsibilities, you will at least know what the job entails, if it is worth the fees, and be better informed on how to hire one.

I have a few questions about the "A-Z" steps that wholesaling entails.

This entails going through the drive notes from the drivers that go to each property as well as talking about the numbers (estimated repair costs, fees, ARV, etc.).

Not the greatest neighborhood, but I grew up in a similar neighborhood and know what that entails.

Something to consider with the small position - bid on county tax liens, learn first tho what this entails, and start looking at your local area since you should know what property values are for your county.  

Leverage does entail some risk, which is why you pay 4-6% to the bank for the mortgage instead of paying 0% to the bank.

We don't have many basements here so I am not familiar with what that entails.
