Throughout my career, I have always loved the stories of the "regular guy" that never went to college or never even graduated high school, but still manage to secure a small fortune for himself by being street smart.Here's my brief bio, along with a few lessons learned (some of which I didn't realize were lessons until years later):-made a few bucks a week mowing the elderly neighbors lawn-took over a paper route in distress, collections were months behind, nobody got their paper on time, service was horrible.

Hi Elder, congratulations!

A little intimidating at first since the majority of he group is elder but they recieve you very well and never frown at newbie questions.  

The earlier wholesale involved an elderly man who had owned and lived in his home for many years who badly needed income and was desperate to sell his personal home to make some money to pay bills. 

The home is owned by and elder family member of mine who cant take care of it anymore and just wants to get rid of it.

(Discrimination against an Elderly person) Since I did everything by the book there was nothing the Attorney could come after me for and the judge gave him 3 days to move out.

There really isn't a great way to find these people other than maybe reaching out to staff at facilities directly or elder law attorneys.

Another business venture brought me to the City, but I was presented with a development opportunity, and I'd like to ask your advice.The city is in need of elderly rental housing; there is an apartment complex near the intended parcel, and it has a long waiting list, according to the City Manager.
