If you can jump in the car and be where you need to in 5 minutes after dinner and back home in time to have desert it will make up for it.Good Luck!

I find car cleanliness to be a tell tail clue.we will meet my banker for lunch ( talking about  a particularly large transaction)  and he will be in a jacket and tie.. then dinner at a cool hip Portland restaurant.. so no need to change all day... got my work out in at 6 am.. good to go..I have two presentations to do next month one at Google and one in So CAL...

Then, some weekend night, get tickets to something playing at the Fox Theater and do drinks at Mission Inn early and then do dinner at Mario's Place across the street.

I have a dinner few properties in mind, "not even sure if the sellers will be interested".  

Hi Allen,Really appreciate the feedback.It's funny you mention laying out a financial package because I literally had a dinner with the potential lender that night and he asked if I could put 2-3 packages together on paper.In regard to those financial statements you mentioned.

Do I need to have them over for dinner or something to prove I'm living there?
