Let Austria do what they want, but here in America we have what is called the 2nd Amendment which I am greatful for.

I'll fill out an amendment as well and see what happens. 

@Karen Margrave funny you mentioned the amendment, we have one ready to go with my client in case their bank won't change the clauses.

With this being said, I would check your PA state amendments to the building code to see if PA changed it.

I would amend to a “good investment with negative initial cash flow”.

I thought I could only go back three years to amend a return, and since the returns I would need to amend are for 2005 to 2010, I would be out of luck.  

A HOA or condo assn could have that in place, but new laws being passed by city governments stopping vacation rentals won't happen unless the legislature goes back and amends the law they now have on the books.

After further thought we would like to file an amendment with the town. 

Once you have your buyer, ask your realtor to add your partner a.k.a buyer onto the contract (very simple amendment).
