@Adam Anderson,@Jim Adrian - there is no door OR window option, as i stated above, the code states there SHALL be an egress window/ door in every sleeping space, this means there must be one by code, no if and's or buts.Account Closed, that door leading to a hall to a staircase will not pass. and Adam you are right, in NJ you have to have 2 forms of Egress.here is the code:1029.1 General.

@Steven Anderson You will not be able to do a cash-out if your loan is a one-time-close construction loan (these roll from construction to perm with min doc).You will have to get a new appraisal and do a cash-out refi against that value.

@Ethan Anderson: If the property will require a loan of $1mm or more, a Freddie SBL loan would most likely attract the most aggressive pricing and provides non-recourse debt, up to 10-years fixed, 30-year amortization.
