It is heavily saturated with medical staffing coming in and out of the area.

The STR market is saturated here.

I don’t want to end up having to compete at high price points / OpEx just to stand out in an increasingly saturated market.

Dallas has now been saturated with STR's and prices are dropping so I have moved into buying out of state in a buyers markets and only doing arbitrages in Texas to replace leases that are coming to an end.

Anyone know if it’s saturated, and how well it’s doing for investment STR?  

Are you sure the area is not already over saturated?

While I tend to share the sentiment that I would never pay, I would probably do the same if I were a private landlord AND there was a scarcity of rentals in my area (if the rental market were saturated, I would never go this route as it would be a complete turn-off and renters can easily just move on to the next property). 

Are these midwest markets saturated with investors?

Haven’t thought about AirBB because at one point the short-term rental market here got too saturated and the prices didn’t make sense, so I decided to stick with long term rentals.

Many say this market is saturated in jupiter/PBG but in my opinion.. with the right deal there is plenty of money to be made with both cashflow and appreciation.
