Accounting for management fees when self managing is critical- if all goes we'll you will need to outsource that after 10-15 doors anyway.

Currently looking to outsource bookkeeping/accounting tasks to a bookkeeper.

The personally look at your credit, you bank statements, your tax returns, etc… The property, they outsource.

I currently outsource to a full service property manager who excels at their job.

A few things you may want to do before hiring one is to decide exactly what it is that you are interested in outsourcing and spend a little time developing a written guideline as to how to complete these tasks.

Remember, even if you outsource tasks, it's still a business that requires attention.Another factor is your investment budget.

If you are scaling and not an Accountant, I would look to outsource Bookkeeping.

I will then outsource the mailings and only print out my driving for dollars leads that i accumilate through time.

I think that when I really start to scale I will need to decide if I want to start a PM company or just outsource it.
