Rehabbing entails a ton of analysis, contacts ready to do the work, an understanding of expense vs cost added, etc and Sherry does not seem ready to take those steps.Sherry, if you can break even or find small gains I will say you came out ok on these properties, as you will have learned some lessons that many people pay much more for.
