I ask because locally I saw on the news about a person attacked while showing rental property.

I spoke with his mom the other day and she said he started a new med and it almost sounds like it has made him even more paranoid- he's accusing me of working for the CIA, swears there's someone crawling around in the attic and is adamant even more than ever that the other guy there is attacking him with his computer.

tenants will lie to the death or until the sheriff comes to put them out, even then they will claim they left on their own and wanted the sheriff there so you won't attack them because your the crazy one!

How many of them are being attacked by the real estate commission?

They are not, however, reliable attack dogs (unlike German Shepherds) because while they have been bred to be dog-aggressive, being human-aggressive is considered a negative trait (since handlers needed to break up fights without themselves getting bitten). 

I can always get more money (some of the people reading this just had a heart attack).

@J Scott finally came up with a LTV of .1% and  an interest rate of what 5,000% to try to justify his attack on my statement. 

Seems he went for a midnight swim three days before and suffered a heart attack on the water, or so the story for public consumption goes.
