Out of curiosity, how did the tenants get so far behind?

So they take your loan amount and divide 5% into 12 payments per year you accrue (.416% per month).

Things that can affect your equity position: loans fees that accrue and pile up in the payoff, a market that's flattening / on a downward trend, and price drops on your listing.

She can satisfy the judgements any way she wants but what makes you think that someone that accrued $75k in judgements just woke up one day and was like / geez maybe I should pay them.

That statement goes against your own self-interest of avoiding conflict, and negatively impacts your property’s ROI, as you would then be paying for legal counsel to defend yourself (an expense accrued due to your provocation).

Should I refinance my home, and use the savings that I accrue to put down the 20%?
