I do all the maintanance and repairs to save up on their add on fee by calling folks on my speed dial , unless its an emergecy or im not around to respond to it.

There are add-ons that cut into the yield spread thus cutting the commission.

Or those are only available as a add-on with a credit report?

This was something we had not planned originally so it was one of the add on's for the renovation and the cost is approx $4,000 extra.  

I like OutLook's Busines Contact Manager addon.
