. :( I'm very new to this but have been addicted to the podcast, I've listened to over half of them now but I think all the info is giving me a sort of shiny object syndrome and I'm dying to meet up with some like minded individuals.

It has been an unbelievable wealth of useful information for me.

First step: determine your unbelievably unrealistic 10 year, 5 year and 1 year goals.

Pretty powerful and it's somehow a concept that not many grasp.It's addicting too...ha.  

We are currently using a VA loan for the first time, and we do have to bring some money to the table.My problem I once we started looking for a place, and found the duplex we are buying, we also found other deals (this real estate thing is like a weird addiction once you start looking. lol) I am very much an outside the box thinker, so of course my friends and family think my wife and I are crazy.

I was lectured about "not respecting my things" from the drug addict girlfriend.

I've been addicted to the BP podcast since I discovered it about 6 months ago.

If I were out in that side of the country, I'd jump at the chance to get coffee (I've never been a coffee fan, but I'm forcing myself to like it and get addicted, to curb my addiction of Peppermint Hot Chocolates from Starbucks... it's bad!)

Here are a few I like watching:Rahab Addict Flip or FlipFlipping Vegas - though I get tired of the bickering and seeing that every vehicle he drives is exotic!!
