@Vernell D Watson - I do have a spreadsheet that I developed before I discovered the BP calculators and continuously enhanced for the past 6 years.

They add new features and enhance existing features through updates regularly, so it's clear they're investing time into continually improving the overall features of the product. 

I am seeking employment/mentorship for after graduation to continue enhancing my knowledge and be ready to start investing as soon as possible.

For any cons, are there risk mitigating factors and enhanced screening criteria that help?

So I think they are good.I would add that you might include a section on the site improvements and enhancements that have been incorporated already (since last announcement), and those that are planned for the near-term future and longer-term future.
