You can replace the window with stain glass, glass block, remove it (maybe difficult to match the exterior if its brick), or leave it as long as the neighbors cannot watch the tenant shower.

Although, I don't think associating smoke and fire to a house draws the right buyer...Additionally, after moving the left-over residue, a huge black circle was stained onto the ground of the front yard.

Typically the cabinets are stained, I get Sherwin Williams to color match the stain.I would never replace all the drawers and doors on a kitchen, the price is not much more to buy all new cabinets, by the time you paint or stain them, and you still have an old kitchen.

Then clean the walls and ceiling with TSP and repaint with an odor/stain blocker, such as Zinsser or Kilz.
