It shouldn't break for several years if it's new and the repairs usually involve water leakages through tubes that can be repaired easily.

because of my love of everything about airplanes the only Cardone u tube i have watched was when he was taking ownership of his NEW Gulfstream 550 in 2018  those are 30 to 40 million dollar birds.. his wife ( assume it was his wife) was just giddy.. its a beautiful machine.wonder if he can keep it or will need to down size .. ??

Dealing with things like galvanized pipes, knob and tube wiring, asbestos ceilings, lath and plaster, etc. can all be pretty expensive. 

-Plumbing and swere almost completely updated, but probably needs a couple of fixes and inspections due to red flag-Electrical almost completely updated, but still needs a couple sections of knob and tube pulled out.

The installers mounted it on a plumbing vent tube which surprised me and it looks good plus no unessasry holes in my roof!

Does it have cloth wiring/knob and tube.  

I later learned my nephew is educating himself  on  you tube, seminars, podcast  (free) with same info I received at RE Mentor that I payed 700 for.
