How old is too old for a buy and hold strategy?
When finding deals how much attention is put towards the year the home was built? I'm sure it plays a factor in the stability of the property. Should really old homes discourage me from buy and hold strategy? Really old homes tend to make me feel that lots of maintenance will be involved in the property.
I'd like some opinions on this from some seasoned investors. Thanks in advance all.
