Make sure you know what goes, what stays, like fridge, stove, drapes etc. 

I also did a full renovation, (top of the line everything, built-in fridge and dishwasher, marble backsplash and countertops blah blah blah).

Others like the last quarter of 2017 we had to reside a duplex that had rotting wood siding, a furnace to replace, and two fridges - that pretty much sucked up with reserves so no 4th quarter distribution.

I just had an instance where a tenant moved out and apparently they did not turn off the valve all the way to the water line to fridge......luckily all damage was in basement.

I'll remove them from a fridge before putting a new fridge into a location.
