@Pat GoodyearYou could also get property management for a couple properties and continue to self manage ones that are closer to your home, or easier tenants, etc.You could also put money back into properties up front to prevent periodic handyman repairs (such as new roof, water heater, toilets, bathtub faucets, etc.)A lot of good advice from others.
