I've applied for endless amounts of jobs to build capital to get a loan, but none have gotten me anywhere.

Since then, I've read as many REI and business books as I could get my hands on, listened religiously to the BP podcast, watched countless YouTube videos, and scrolled endlessly through the BP forums.

Use this website (or app) as a place for endless information regarding Real Estate Investment.

But I have found that there are sadly a seemingly endless supply of single seniors living on social security that can't afford much else.

I am a newbie as well- I'm learning fast that BP has endless resources- I've been spending hours/day here for 2 weeks.

It's not like a short sale where you have to go through endless negotiations and approvals.

You can take the LLCs and own it yourself, let another LLC own it, stuff it into a trust, o'yes it can be a endless maze of entities and owners that not even the best attornies in the world could pierce.

The list is endless.

If someone hasn't created it, there are resources and I think the applications of that are endless, especially if you are all about seeing those big numbers working for you.
