Besides the obvious Real Estate Markets I was wondering about currencies, diplomatic relations, things of that nature.

For instance, in 2008 the southeast quadrant (D10) is SF got hit hard, but this time I think it's much closer to prime and may fall less in value than recent high flyers like the mIssion district.

We live in the Upper Mission in Kelowna and are in the process of putting a suite in our house which will cover our mortgage.

Be very diplomatic and discreet in your approach.  

By being able to pass these along, the client is still helped, someone else is growing their business and my credibility (and the credibility of my stated mission) is given credence.  

I started networking on my own and ended up with a group who had already bought into Fortune Builders and shared it with me to help make me more knowledgable and be able to contribute more to their mission.
