True vacation destinations fare better than a house in the outskirts of a random town.Every property is different even in a great location.Amenities affect what you can charge.How many people can comfortably sleep and have adequate quantities of bathrooms for said people.There are alot of variable that effect the numbers and they all have to be considered. 

That is not a requirement in most of my market (FL's Emerald Coast), but it is in Destin, and Walton County just adopted some of this language. 

Like I said, the type of areas that are good, at least in my naive opinion, are where people are visiting, near attractions, or some sort of vacation destination.
