I am a guy , now if I am in a house with 2 females I would be subsidising  a lot of their utilities , I dont blow dry my hair , take long hot showers , and dont do different loads of laundry for different clothes . 

If there's clothing, furniture and food, you're not.  

There aren't any special questions to ask or clothes to wear.

Something triggerred her to start drinking again and she wound up taking a fully clothed swim in the neighborhood pool 11pm on a weeknight.

Simon L'Grie is my hero.EACH month I've been issuing a notice...from them trying to hide a cat ( liter box under a pile of dirty clothes, ( 12 foot by 12 foot two feet thick/deep, all in front of a $2K washer dryer...yuk....to the boyfriend trying to kill my HVAC by setting it at 62 degrees during 105 degree weather..he works nights and likes to sleep under blankets...all summer long...with free cooling.

Just because they are section 8 doesn't mean they don't need addtional money for food, utilities, clothing, etc.

an electric heater is easier to drain and clean out crap cause the bottom element comes out of the hole and you can see a bit and scrape a bit with like a clothes hanger.

Any damp day will bring the smell back no matter what you do, otherwise.
