When I lived in MD, this case made the news, a judge returning a pit bull service animal to its owner even though the county had a ban on pit bulls....https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/07/prince-g...So there was at least one pit bull service dog.

@Troy Sheets There's MFH selling all over there city right now that can't get their rental license until the zoning is legal, as much as I liked the property this actually makes sense as I can't evict without my license plus the eviction ban.

The L/S also sells the T/B an option to purchase the property.

@Jay Gray many towns ban them except in certain areas or parks.

Although some never enforce a ban (if there is one).

Individual sales pitches and technology integration vs cohesive industry leadership, guidance or even tips during eviction bans.  

Hopefully if congress extends the eviction ban, they add more funding for rent payment.

My worry is  that once the HOA becomes fully established, they’ll all of a sudden change the rules to ban short term rentals.

Looks like PA doesn't have a statewide eviction ban.
