Nursing is very mentally and physically challenging but I think it can work very well and even seamlessly with REI.

I personally don't want to be too over-weighted in one market or the other; I'm aiming for a somewhat even blend between the two, probably slightly heavier in real estate.

One might argue that a resident screening service that integrates seamlessly with a property management's software would be the most efficient.

It's just more of a seamless process.
