The reason I was asking is because of my lack of transportation.

School district, closeness to transportation, crime rate, etc.

Close to restaurants, public transport, attractions.

(on a side note this area has few multi-families so the comps were 1 year + old) It was a 2 family, with a large 1 bed 1 bath & 4 bed 2 bath in a central area of town with access to public transportation to NYC.
