Hello @Larry N.Yes, the Seller can dictate their terms and can refuse to close when they realize the deal is being assigned; BUT Subject To whatever the contract says.

Anyways, excited to say that we have acquired a property that is currently under rehab in Palm Beach.During my trip out to Florida, I met with @Dwayne Byrd, I was completely new to the area and Dwayne was extremely thorough with explaining the areas/neighborhoods in Brevard.
