The recent trip out to Florida
Recently, I got the news that I would be moving from California to Florida for work, specifically Brevard County. I've been sort of lurking in the forums (didn't even create an account) for awhile now and playing the sidelines with my business partner in other states, and that acted like training wheels for me. Listening to many podcasts, posts, and etc, the one main theme I always hear is taking action, so this past month I decided to take those training wheels off and start making moves.We would really like to work with amazing people from Brevard to Broward county. Anyways, excited to say that we have acquired a property that is currently under rehab in Palm Beach.
During my trip out to Florida, I met with @Dwayne Byrd, I was completely new to the area and Dwayne was extremely thorough with explaining the areas/neighborhoods in Brevard. I definitely appreciated the fact he spent a ton of hours helping me out, knowing that I was not a hot shot in Florida.
Overall, with this new chapter of life, I am extremely excited to be permanently moving to Brevard. Would definitely like to get to know more people in the area!
