Looking to make some significant changes this year to meet my goals for the next 5 years.As for my book(s), if I was to judge by the amount of bent pages and highlights in the book it would have to be "The Book on Flipping Houses", second would be "How to Flip A House" by Brant Phillips.Aside from the bent pages, for personal development/learning to relax, I'd have to say "The One Thing" by Gary Keller and "The 4-Hour Workweek" by Timothy Ferriss.

Also I just finished 4-hour work week, lots of great tips and tricks on automation, thanks for the recommendation! 

It has taken me over a decade and many 80+ hour work weeks to get caught up and push near a 750 credit score.

At this point, I'm also looking for only the most passive investing strategies, because my full-time Active duty military assignment takes significantly more than a 40-hr work week.

I work a 9-5 on the other side of town, but would adjust my work week to attend.

But that's probably your best target market -- younger up-and-coming LOs who are trying to juggle a 70-80 hour work week with family.

In regards to “luck”, I would say you lucked out nicely that it happened at the beginning of the work-week during business hours.
