Sharing workers across a couple of properties how do you juggle your work flow.  

Using globiflow you can setup a workflow that emails you a report of your "do today" tasks daily. 

What I found is those systems are great for the specific parts of real estate they are designed for but they aren't scaleable nor can you customize it to fit your workflows and how you want your business to operate.

Quickbooks is great software -- hence my interest in integrating it with my workflow.

The workflow is VERY different, and in this case you may find that the feature is much easier to use (at this time) in QuickBooks Online than in QuickBooks Desktop.I hope that this serves as a starting point for understanding the differences between QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
