You should market in the winter time, for those further away who want to get christmas tree!

Other than the winter time, I can't think of a time I haven't had a house rented before the rehab was complete.Whats nice about that is that they are able to give their landlord plenty of notice and are typically waiting to move in the day after the rehab is fully completed.  

My friends were driving BMW's back then while I was driving a TDI hooptie with no heat in the winter time.

Once this one is complete I'm going to take a couple month off; maybe attempt to get back in for another in fall or early winter time. 

I often refer to "summer time rental rates vs winter time rental rates"  Like you describe @Mike Nelson its just supply and demand.  

I keep hearing on the podcasts and seeing on the forums how the winter time is a bad time to try to sell real estate, and I was wondering if that also applies to Florida, specifically south Florida.  

It also picks up your habits and starts adjusting for you.This would've come in handy for me the last time I went to Florida in the wintertime.

I understand you from cali, but you will spend close to $1300  just in snow removal for winter time, if we have a bad winter, not counting lawn care expenses in the summer.

I still have yet to see anyone to fix this.At first it wasn't a huge deal because it worked "okay" but leaked a lot, and winter time in Miami I can just open my windows and its nice enough.

How is business during the winter time in the cold regions?
